After 4 years of service, I hate to change my support. I didn't mind paying the ridiculous prices because Doug's shop had a decent reputation. But now I understand the bad reviews. It's against Florida State Law for a mechanic to charge a customer without written or verbal consent. John, the manager, has always told me I wouldn't pay until he gave me an estimate. Well, John wasn't there when I had to deal with 2 laughably unprofessional women and a rude slackjaw who treated me with uncommon disrespect when I questioned them about a $250 diagnostic charge. These folks only have good attitudes as long as you don't ask them questions. No mechanic charges people just to provide an estimate. It's illegal in most states in the Union. This is either bad business, or Doug and John need to check their people. I asked for an air conditioner fix - $300 in parts, and 3-5 book hours depending on how ethical the shop is. They quoted me 2100. PLUS the 250 - for the privilege of telling me they wanted an additional 3000 for a work I didn't need or ask for on that vehicle. I thought I had found some trustworthy folks. How disappointing.

Doug & his staff were nothing but gracious & helpful in steering me in the right direction for an exhaust upgrade for my truck. Even with having to reschedule more than once, they were not only accommodating, but still quick to get me in & get the job done. Project turned out great, quality work, fair pricing, all in a timely manner. Professionals all the way, highly recommend!

A shop that's new to me, duggested by a knowledgeable friend. Seems to be run very professionally. As clean as an automotive shop can be. Generates much confidence.

Once again the boys have come to my rescue with the price of new vehicles nowadays it’s absolutely impossible to go out and afford something new so fixing up what you got is the way to go they put me back on the road with 100,000 mile check and we’ve worked it from one into the truck to the other I’m ready for my next hundred thousand because I know I got the boys to back me up thanks to everyone and also the ladies in the office
